We're so excited for you to join the Red White + Doodle family! Here's an quick overview of our adoption process:
Fill out the waitlist application and wait for us to contact you back regarding the approval of your waitlist application.

Reserve your spot on the waitlist by sending the $300 nonrefundable waitlist fee via Venmo, Zelle, Paypal or Cash.

Once puppies are 7 weeks, families are invited to come visit the puppies and review temperament testing/videos.

After all puppies have been chosen, families arrange a date to pick up their puppy (usually 2-3 days after the vaccinations are given). The contract is signed in person and payment is made in cash at pick up.
Once all puppies 8 weeks and confirmed healthy by a vet, matching will begin. The first person on the waitlist (the person that put their deposit down first) will choose their puppy. We then proceed to go down the waitlist until all puppies are matched.

- Initial veterinary exam, the first set of vaccines at 8 weeks old, deworming at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks old and microchip
- Vaccination and Health records including all data collected (weekly weight from birth, ENS/ESI data)
- Birth Certificate in holder (with new puppy name if known)
- A Snuggle Puppy with the litter's scent, a collar/leash, and our favorite toy
- Lifetime Breeder Support (including how to prepare to bring puppy home and a training document titled: Everything You Need to Know)
- Discounted dog training with Baxter & Bella (discount code: RWAD)
- 1 month free Trupanion Health Insurance
- 2 Year Genetic Health Guarantee
- Branded folder to hold vet record, printed/signed contract, Trupanion info, microchip info, data report
- "Happy Gotcha Day" keychain with logo and QR code (to our current link tree page)
- Everything goes home in our branded "Go Home Bag" which is a natural off white fabric with our logo printed on the front in black
